Returns and Exchange Policy
Faye is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product ordered from us.
If you do not like the product received, we shall be happy to replace or exchange the product.
In the unlikely event that any product you ordered from us is damaged or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will send you a replacement.

- You need to return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
We shall process the exchange subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags, failing which exchange may not be possible. In case the merchandise is not treated as per the care instructions, then faye will not be liable for exchange of the same. Faye reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request if the product looks used.
- Any returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products.
- Purchases made from the sale/clearance category will not be exchanged.
- No Cash Refund & No Credit Note.
- In the event you return any item which is delivered to you incorrectly or in damaged/defective condition, the replaced item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge. For all other cases (including size, colour and look not as expected etc), customer has to bear additional to & fro shipping charges.
As a precaution, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with before you accept delivery from the courier service. If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at (080) 41224429 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
You can cancel the order before it is shipped. To check the status of whether your order has been shipped or not and request cancellation, call customer care on (080) 41224429 (9:00 am to 9:00 pm).
