Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

  • We deliver to all the A, B and C class cities and most of the other locations in India. We do not ship outside India at present. If in case we cannot deliver to your specified address we will get in touch with you on receipt of your order.

  • We make our best effort to ship each item in your order within 1-2 working days of receipt of the order and payment. However in some cases, we may take longer. In unlikely cases where we are not able to ship within 7 days, we shall send you an email informing the same and your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded.

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier agencies.

  • Typically all deliveries to Bangalore & Metros are completed within 1-2 days post shipment and to other major cities deliveries are completed within 2-7 days, excluding the date of shipping. For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may exceed 7 days.

  • Before accepting delivery from courier, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at (080) 41224429, e-mail us at support@faye.in mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping Charges

  • Please refer to the table below to estimate the shipping charges which will be included in your final order value. For Orders above Rs 599/- we offer Free Shipping.
